- "Our stay couldn’t have been better. Felt like we were staying in a tree house with the best views in town. The last 3 days we’ve had a 6 x 6 bull elk hang out back taking naps and looking us over. Also had a 10 pt buck and his harem show up everyday. Many, many turkey and blue jay. Both grandmas, my 10 and 5 year old sons, and my wife made the trip. The boys were blown away with the wildlife and got on skis for the first time. We’ll remember this trip forever and give many thanks!!" – Handly

- “Record snow fall! Stranded at house for 2 days, no possible way to get down the mountain! We brought plenty of provisions. If you are going to be stranded in the snow for 3 days this is the place to be. Very beautiful, plenty of firewood, fantastic views, and all kinds of wildlife. Joe and Judy even sent a snowplow to help us out. The house is beautiful and comfortable." – San Angelo, TX
